I began my yoga journey when I was 16 years old. Now, at 40, yoga has been a part of my life for longer than it hasn’t. It has shaped me as an individual, providing a sense of grounding through every season of life.
In my early years, I practiced alone at home, guided by old recordings and well-worn books, grateful for any bit of wisdom I could find. Today, as I navigate a work-from-home lifestyle, I’ve realized the profound power of starting my day with movement and intention. I’ve seen firsthand how a morning routine can transform not just your hour on the mat, but your entire day.
